Flow Control Products prides itself in its technical automation expertise and ability to serve its clients professionally and in a timely manner. Our facility, located on I-20 in Odessa, TX, is specifically designed to house a large inventory of valve and actuator products as well as a full service machine shop and automation package construction, testing and repair center.

Our valve and automation staff will assist you in determining the appropriate valve, actuator or fully assembled automation package for whatever your application requires. Once the valve size and materials have been selected, our automation experts will calculate torque values and design the most cost effective package to meet your needs, budget, and delivery.

Once a package has been selected, our in-house AutoCAD draftsmen design the mounting hardware to link your valve to its actuator. These drawings are given to our machining department where the products are machined to the tightest tolerance.

Finally, with the valves, actuators, and mounting hardware on-hand, our automation technicians take over to complete the mounting process. They will use air or electricity to power the actuators, set the travel stops and ensure that the entire package works as designed prior to final shipment to your destination.

Should you need field support, our automation specialists and technicians are available to meet you on location to evaluate your facilities, valve or automation issues, and offer solutions. Being located in the Permian Basin, our backyard consists of thousands of wells, production facilities, pipelines, and processing plants.
